You can only request the transfer of a domain name if you are the owner of this domain name, or if you have permission from the owner of this domain name.
First, an application for the transfer of your .be domain name has to be sent to DNS Belgium. This is done by placing your order XsOnline. Upon receipt of your payment transfer is automatically started. When DNS Belgium receives this request they will send an email to the email address of the registrant. Via this email the transfer of your domainname can be confirmed. The availability of your domain name can be checked on this site. Simply fill in your domain name at the top right of this page.
If this email address no longer works, the transfer can still be confirmed through documents you can fax to DNS Belgium at number +32 16 28 49 71. These documents can be found on this page.
There are two options available for this:
* Option 1: You are an indivudual, please see the document "1fax_transfer.doc" option.
* Option 2: The domain name is registered in your company, please see the document "2fax_transfer_firma.doc" mode and on letterhead of your business locations.
But keep in mind that a transfer must be approved within 14 days after the launch. Otherwise the transfer will expire and should be restarted. Feel free to contact our support service on [email protected]
