You can only request the transfer of a domain name if you are the owner of this domain name, or if you have permission from the owner of this domain name.
First, you send an application for the transfer of your domain name. This can be done at XsOnline by placing your order. Upon receipt of your payment, the transfer will automatically be executed. When DNS Belgium receives this request, they will send an email to the email address of the registrant. Through this email, the transfer for your domain name will be confirmed.
If this email no longer works, the transfer can be confirmed through documents. Fax this documents to DNS Belgium: +32 16 28 49 71. These documents can be found on this page.
There are two options available for this:
* Option 1: You are an individual, please see the document "1fax_transfer.doc" option.
* Option 2: The domain name is registered in your company, please see the document "2fax_transfer_firma.doc" mode and on letterhead of your business locations.
But keep in mind that a transfer must be approved within 14 days after the launch . Otherwise the transfer will expire and should be restarted. You can contact our support service by mailing to [email protected] .
