Link your domain name yourself
Thanks to XsOnline 's Domain Name Server (DNS), you can link your domain name to other servers or IP addresses (such as your own web server or mail server) in a jiffy. You do not have to wait for changes to be applied, because everything happens in real time.
Via a user-friendly control panel, you can set the following DNS records :
- A records
- With these, you can link a host name (e.g. www.domainname.com) to an IP address (e.g. 85.158.111.170).
- MX or mail server records
- With these, you can set one or several mail servers and you can even determine the priority of the mail servers.
- CNAME or canonical records
- With these, you can link a host name (e.g. www.domainname.com) to another host name (e.g. server.myprovider.com).
